Point Piper – is a small suburb in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Like many of its neighbours, its real estate is among the most expensive in Australia. Mansions line its exclusive streets, many of which have incredible views of the harbour and Sydney CBD (some residents have illegally poisoned trees to make their views a little bit better).
This is an exclusively residential neighbourhood, so you’ll need to head to neighbouring Rose Bay or Double Bay for dining and shopping. It does have more of one thing than any other part of Sydney: Yacht Clubs. You don’t want your boat to be far away when you’re a gazillionaire. The Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club and the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW are here.
Point Piper is bordered on the west, north, and east by Sydney Harbour and on the south by Bellevue Hill.
