Zetland Sydney has been the mostly industrial area for the past several decades, but in recent years, it has been the site of new high-density development and now has lots of apartment complexes. There are some terraced houses in the neighbourhood as well. Zetland has a decent number of dining and shopping options, but this is still a quiet place to live.
